Abstract: Present paper describes the results of numerical integration of gas cooling and wastes utilization. The cooling physical model are based on liquid injection by centrifugal nozzles. In the study was investigated calculation area, which limits by the heat exchanger walls. In control section was obtained the calculated values of vapor and gas mixture temperature and water steam mass proportion, which shows the efficiency of gas cooling with the proposed method
