| Abstract: | У статті досліджені процеси регулювання державного ринку праці та питання зайнятості та соціального захисту населення. Визначено, що регулювання ринку робочої сили здійснюється, як і з боку держави, так і за допомогою процесів саморегулювання; вивчені основні теоретичні підходи до обґрунтування механізму саморегулювання ринку праці; виділені важелі саморегулювання ринку трудових ресурсів на сучасному етапі розвитку соціально-економічного життя держави; розглянуті можливість і необхідність регулювання ринку праці. Констатовано вплив держави на стан ринку трудових стосунків, який пов'язаний з цілим комплексом завдань соціального характеру та визначено основні пріоритети державної соціальної політики в сфері зайнятості населення. |
| Description: | The paper examines the processes of regulating the state labor market and issues of employment and social protection of the population.It was determined that regulation of the labor market is carried out both by the state and with the help of self-regulation processes; the main theoretical approaches to justifying the mechanism of selfregulation of the labor market were studied; levers of self-regulation of the labor market at the current stage of development of the socio-economic life of the state were selected; the possibility and necessity of regulation of the labor market were considered.The influence of the state on the state of the labor relations market, which is connected with a whole complex of tasks of a social nature, has been determined, and the main priorities of the state social policy in the field of population employment have been determined. |
