| Abstract: | Проведено аналіз методів обробки вимірювальних даних системи сейсмічного групування в рамках виконання завдань інформаційного забезпечення єдиної системи цивільного захисту про можливість та факт надзвичайної події, що створює сейсмічні збурення. Запропоновано підхід щодо безперервного моніторингу потенційних джерел надзвичайних ситуацій шляхом визначення функції взаємної кореляції між елементами системи сейсмічного групування та наведені результати його застосування для сейсмоактивної зони Вранча. |
| Description: | In the article the analysis methods of processing measurement data of the seismic grouping system within the framework of tasks implementation of the informative providing of the single system civil defense about possibility and fact of extraordinary event which creates seismic indignations is conducted. The approach to the continuous monitoring of extraordinary situations potential sources by determination of cross-correlation function between the elements of the seismic grouping system and the results of his application are resulted for the seismically active Vrancha area is offered. |
